Welcome to Parachute! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services offered by Coinmiles Technology Ltd. ("Parachute", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Parachute.
1.1 Parachute is accessible only to:

1.4 In the case of users sponsored by an organization, that sponsoring organization may be held jointly and severally liable for any losses, damages, or fraudulent activities conducted by the sponsored user while accessing Parachute services, including but not limited to chargebacks, abuse of rewards programs, or false claims.
2.1 Parachute offers two types of cashback services:
2.2 Cashback and rewards are provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Parachute is not responsible for the product, service, shipping, or fulfillment issues related to purchases made from third parties.
2.3 Cashback will only be paid once we receive final and irrevocable payment from the merchant partner. Estimated cashback amounts may change based on adjustments or cancellations by our partners.
2.4 No reimbursement will be issued for unused, lost, or expired gift cards. All gift card purchases are final.
3.1 Parachute will soon offer access to group insurance solutions.
3.2 This section will be updated with all relevant terms, disclosures, and conditions once such offerings are available and approved by applicable regulators.
3.3 Until such approval is obtained, no insurance products are being marketed or sold via Parachute.
4.1 Parachute will soon introduce LSA and HSA solutions for eligible users.
4.2 Detailed terms, contribution rules, reimbursement procedures, and eligibility conditions will be published in this section once the services are launched.
4.3 Users should not interpret this announcement as a current offering of financial or tax products.
5.1 Parachute plans to offer access to a suite of digital health and wellness tools in the near future.
5.2 This section will be updated with detailed descriptions of the services, providers, and user obligations once the features are available.

7.3 Parachute does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, offer, or reward posted on the platform.
8.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Parachute after changes are made constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
8.2 Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.
9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada.
9.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Montreal, Quebec.
